Blue Power Group Limited has named Tara Goulbourne as Chief Commercial Officer, effective October 13, 2025. This appointment follows the company’s success at the JMEA Awards and aligns with its focus on commercial acceleration, brand expansion, and operational efficiency.
Goulbourne brings over a decade of leadership experience in manufacturing, financial services, and consumer goods. She previously consulted for Blue Power, leading initiatives in portfolio strategy, brand development, and innovation. Her past roles include product innovation at BCIC and marketing and business development at Jamaica Producers Group, where she revitalised the JP St Mary’s brand and strengthened the market presence of Tortuga Caribbean Rum Cakes.
Blue Power’s Chairman, Jeffrey Hall, emphasised Goulbourne’s strategic vision and leadership capability in driving sustainable growth. General Manager Vishwanauth Tolan highlighted her ability to link brand performance with bottom-line results.
Goulbourne holds an MBA in General Management from the University of the West Indies and has expressed her commitment to strengthening brands, deepening customer partnerships, and creating value through disciplined, insight-driven growth.
This appointment positions Blue Power to consolidate its commercial leadership, enhance brand performance, and expand its market footprint in Jamaica and the wider Caribbean.
