Controversial social media influencer Nashane ‘Jabass’ Findley is once again under fire as past allegations against him have resurfaced this time following a heated internet feud with fellow influencer Rosealee.
The original incident dates back to January 28, when the 28-year-old was arrested and charged after being accused of sexually assaulting a young woman in September of the previous year. At the time, Jabass was offered bail in the sum of $600,000 during his appearance in the Kingston and St Andrew Parish Court. His attorney, Courtney Rowe, strongly denied the allegations, claiming the complaint stemmed from a personal conflict between the parties involved. Bail conditions included mandatory reporting to the Constant Spring Police and a restriction from entering the complainant’s community.
Now, that same case has returned to the spotlight after Rosalee reignited public interest by pulling up an old TVJ Prime Time News segment reporting on Jabass’ arrest. In the video, she called attention to the serious nature of the allegations, using it as part of her online takedown during their dispute.
But that wasn’t all Rosealee also released additional content that has added fuel to the fire, including:
• Alleged voice notes of Jabass admitting involvement in fraudulent NCB (National Commercial Bank) schemes.
• Text messages from alleged scam victims.
• Clips from an Andre Stephenson program discussing previous accusations involving Jabass.
• Reports of “easy money” scam tactics he was allegedly involved in during the time of his initial arrest.
In a shocking twist, Rosealee also claims to have received multiple DMs and messages from individuals in Jabass’ community some alleging they were victims themselves or knew others who were. She estimates that at least six individuals, including both minors and adults, have come forward with allegations of being sexually assaulted by Jabass over time.
While none of these new claims have been officially confirmed or filed in court as of yet, the internet is ablaze with renewed outrage and speculation. The situation continues to unfold, and more updates are expected as further information becomes available.
