King Donia Responds to Fabbi Cease and Desist and Denies Defamation Claims

The feud between popular Jamaican TikTokers Fabbi and King Donia has taken another turn, as King Donia has officially responded to the cease and desist order demanding a public apology for alleged defamatory remarks. In his legal reply, he denies all accusations and challenges Fearon’s claims, stating that any litigation against him will be strongly contested.

In response to Fearon’s legal notice, King Donia firmly denies ever offering her US$100 in exchange for sexual favors, calling the claim false and baseless.

Regarding the February 6, 2025, TikTok live broadcast, where Fearon alleges that he made defamatory remarks, King Donia states that he was simply answering a direct question from viewers about whether he had any sexual involvement with Fearon. He asserts that he categorically denied any involvement both initially and when pressed further.

King Donia also brings up an earlier TikTok live session from September 23, 2024, where he claims Fearon herself made statements suggesting that they had been sexually involved. According to him, during this live session, Fearon had a man, identified as “Mr. Finlayson,” shirtless in the background while telling her followers that she had engaged in sexual activities with him, including fellatio.

He argues that her statements at the time appeared to be made for the attention and engagement of her audience. Now that she is claiming to be a victim of defamation, he finds it “most unfortunate and surprising.”

Quoting the legal principle “He/she who comes to equity must come with clean hands,” King Donia’s response suggests that Fearon cannot claim defamation when she herself had previously made public statements on the same subject.

King Donia’s legal team has also stated that there is a digital footprint of the September 2024 TikTok live, and they are willing to provide the video as evidence to counter Fearon’s claims.

In closing, they have invited Fabbi's legal team to reconsider their stance, warning that any legal action against King Donia will be met with strong opposition.

With both parties standing their ground, this situation may escalate into a legal battle unless a resolution is reached.
