After initially agreeing to issue a public apology following Fabbi’s cease and desist letter, TikToker King Donia is now considering taking the matter to court. His decision comes after his private information, including his real name, was leaked to the public, something he never wanted to be disclosed.
Following the cease and desist, Fabbi’s side reached out and proposed that both parties simply stop mentioning each other’s names, eliminating the need for an apology. King Donia’s TikTok associate, TikTok Lawyer, facilitated this discussion, and Fabbi’s side agreed to drop any further action.
However, King Donia now feels his privacy has been violated and is exploring legal options to address the exposure of his personal information. His TikTok partner, Khandy, is also included in the agreement to refrain from name-calling.
